Speaking your ebook enables you to create an information product in record time. Everyone has knowledge that others can use. Often because we know it, we feel that everyone else must know it, so what's the use of writing about it. No one knows everything. So others may not know what you have to tell them. If you have knowledge that will help someone solve a problem, make them happier, any number of things that you know that others don't, it is really your duty to write about that information.
